Project Description
Build software that visually illustrates the value over time of various investment portfolios using up-to-date data for user-chosen investments.
Project Requirements
1. Research different available financial data sources and file formats.
2. Allow the user to configure a portfolio.
3. Prepare data for illustration.
4. Use visual attributes (color, size, etc ) to describe the characteristics of the data.
5. Animate the data (individual and aggregate) over a time period.
6. Illustrate the data for the same month (perhaps day) over a period of years.
7. Allow the user to configure and compare the performance of various portfolios.
